Keeley Companies Person of the Year | Ramona McCook

Ramona McCook is a shining example of our Keeley’n values. Her entire career has been one of service to her team members and all Keeley’ns. Ramona has been a key leader and vocal advocate for Keeley’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts through KeeleyOne. She has led a distinguished career and her unique brand of leadership and perseverance in the face of professional and personal challenges is an example all Keeley’ns can look to.

Keeley Construction Constructor of the Year | Dave Debord

Since joining the Keeley Family in July 2018, Dave Debord has been a huge asset to the Energy Team. Bringing with him vast experience in the Energy Construction sector, Dave successfully managed the Mark Twain T-Line, Keeley’s largest project at the time. Recently, Dave received a well-deserved promotion to Sr. Project Director, and with him managing the day-to-day operations of the Energy Group, there is no doubt that Dave will continue to be an instrumental part of the Energy Group as they continue to set the bar at Keeley Construction!

Power of One Project of the Year | Stellar Manufacturing

The Stellar Manufacturing Expansion project was an ideal Power of One project as it encompassed all of what Keeley Construction has to offer. Led by Steve Mitchler and Chad Mathis, extensive Industrial and Building expertise was brought to the project. They also tapped into our Ironworker & Carpenter services, Paving, and Civil teams to deliver a safe, quality, and on-time project. Our expert millwright crews led the effort on an extremely technical equipment installation, exceeding expectations every step of the way. KeeleySafe Group of the Year | Heavy Industries

Our Heavy Industries team has gone 3.5 YEARS without a recordable! They continue to work in high-risk environments while self-performing a majority of their work. The team also recently achieved ONE MILLION safe work hours with ZERO recordable safety incidents! This outstanding achievement is driven by their No Compromise focus – never placing anything ahead of safety – and ensuring everyone goes home safe every day. The Heavy Industries Group is a shining example of what it means to bring safety into everything we do at Keeley.
